Our Book Friends downloads are A4 in size. The memo pads can be printed at home or used digitally.
Downloads are JPEG files and will be automatically sent to your email, please check your junk folder. If you have any further questions about our product, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping
We aim to get all orders packaged and shipped within 3 working days. PLEASE NOTE: made to order items such as sweatshirts will take 5-7 working days to be shipped.
All orders are sent out using Evri or Royal Mail.
Shipping Times
Within the UK shipping usually takes 2 - 4 days.
Shipping in the EU can take up to 1 week.
Shipping internationally usually takes 4 weeks however, especially to the USA, can sometimes take 6 weeks or even longer, so please keep this is mind when ordering.
All orders are tracked with Evri, if orders have to go with Royal Mail they will not be tracked unless shipping is upgraded on checkout.
If you incorrectly enter your address and the order comes back to me then you will need to repay the shipping costs in order to get your item. Please always check your address is correct on checkout.
