Theme's are picked each month from a poll on Instagram (you can follow us here - @tanyprint_).  Please note that themes will vary and sometimes be smut related. 

This is a monthly subscription and can be cancelled, skipped or paused any time via your customer portal.

You will be billed on the same day every month (the day that you sign up) and packages will be sent out within the first week of every month. You will need to sign up before 1st of the month to get that months package. For example, you will need to sign up before 1st June to be sent June's theme package. If you signed up on the 2nd of June, you would get your package the first week in July. You are always paying in advance. Shipping

We aim to get all orders packaged and shipped within 3 working days. PLEASE NOTE: made to order items such as sweatshirts will take 5-7 working days to be shipped.

All orders are sent out using Evri or Royal Mail.

Shipping Times

Within the UK shipping usually takes 2 - 4 days.

Shipping in the EU can take up to 1 week.

Shipping internationally usually takes 4 weeks however, especially to the USA, can sometimes take 6 weeks or even longer, so please keep this is mind when ordering.

All orders are tracked with Evri, if orders have to go with Royal Mail they will not be tracked unless shipping is upgraded on checkout.

If you incorrectly enter your address and the order comes back to me then you will need to repay the shipping costs in order to get your item. Please always check your address is correct on checkout.

Return policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is still in new condition.
